1. Subscription Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds apply only if no substantial usage has occurred
2. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds for:
- Fully used subscription periods
- Promotional or discounted plans (unless stated)
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
